For my final season I made a goal to be a leader to my new teammates and to achieve All- Conference and I was able to be so.
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
I believe I took the opportunity to put in everything I had at my new college and create a better atmosphere at Gardner-Webb University.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I go out on the field everyday with positive energy and a strong work ethic. I will do anything to make myself and my teammates better. I love the moments where I need to make a play.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
When watching film I tend to study my individual matchups and study their tendencies whether it’s their releases off the line or the route concepts they run out of certain situations. I like to read the opponent’s tendencies and figure out how I can exploit those.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
My will to always prove people wrong and my football intelligence. I am a physical player and I am willing to help any team in multiple positions, whatever will help the team.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I am training with Underdog Training in Louisville, Kentucky.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
A strong IQ of the game, physicality, speed, acceleration, and experience in multiple positions.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
Playing at the professional level has been my goal ever since I was 5. Any opportunity that is given to me I will take that and give everything I have to excel.
