What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goals for my final collegiate season were to lead the MIAA in “Passes Defended” and have a winning season. Although I didn’t become #1 in the MIAA I was Top 5 and our team made it to the 2nd round playoffs.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I increase my chances of going pro by getting better as a player and working on my techniques. Making plays every time I’m targeted, getting more recognition. Which resulted in an invitation to the DreamBowl and more exposure.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches would say I’m talented and a great leader. My teammates would say I’m energetic and lengthy.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

EVERYTHING! I like to study WR’s stance, body posture, formations, and how WR’s likes to run their routes. I study teams top route concepts. I also like studying down and distance and knowing what the offense will run depending on the sticks.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My length, speed and play recognition is what really separates me from other pro prospects.I am passionate to win every rep and every play. I feel like I’m a smart player and could cover anybody.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I’ll be back home in Miami,Fl training for pro day. I planned on adding on on some pounds and maintaining my speed and quickness. I got a couple of coaches I work out with to help improve my performance.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

A few strengths and abilities I’ll bring on the field that’ll stand out is great team chemistry, determination and IQ. Off the field I will represent my family, team and organization by doing the right things and not getting into no trouble.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Give me a opportunity. My skill set, talent and knowing the game of football is on another level. I am a player who aims to improve every chance I get. I am very passionate about the game of football and believe that I’m a great steal and will make a impact on your team.
