Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
My main goals were to win conference and make the NAIA playoffs, which would lead us to the National Championship.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Focused, Accurate, and Gritty.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
Just how I would any offseason, focused on getting smarter, bigger, and faster. I plan on working with Greg Jones and Justin Cessante at the Legacy Center.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
It all starts with the protection up front, so I pick up blitz tendencies, then I focus on coverages and what teams play behind their blitz.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
My mindset of never giving up and doing whatever it takes to make the team successful and my ability to extend the play.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Relentless work ethic and doing whatever I can to make the team better. I have never drank alcohol, smoked, or done drugs in my life, so I feel like I am a good role model to the community. I also volunteer for Special Olympics and love being involved in the community.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
Don’t overlook me because I come from a small school. I believe my arm strength, accuracy, and ability to extend the play is good enough to play for any organization at the next level.
