Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My individual goals I set out to accomplish was to become a Unanimous First Team All-Conference wide receiver and to be Academic All-Conference. I also set out to be a record setting wide receiver at Dayton. After working hard throughout the offseason and season, I was able to accomplish my goals. As a team we wanted to leave a mark on the program. We had a winning season and left the program better than before.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates would say I am a hard worker and always give my best effort. They would say that I was dedicated to the program and a well disciplined athlete and student. They would say I have an ability to play at a high level.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

When watching film I look for things I can improve on. Whether it is my release or top of my route. I’m always looking for ways to improve my game. I also like to watch successful NFL wide receivers to pick up on anything I can use. If I am preparing for a game I look at the corners and safeties to see how they will play me. I look for their tendencies and look to see if they will play more aggressive or more patiently.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me from other pro prospects is my work ethic and willingness to improve to be the best I can be. At this level, everyone is fast, strong, and extremely talented. It comes down to your approach and mentality. I am coachable and willing to put in the work to be a great player. I will prepare myself physically and mentally to compete at a high level. I am competitive and have a versatile skill set.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My plan is to train with other NFL prospects to push me to that next level. I have been training in both Atlanta and Indianapolis to prepare for pro days that I will attend in March. I am working on getting bigger, faster, and stronger. I have also been improving my receiver skills such as footwork, routes, and ball skills.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I will bring my versatility and athleticism to a team. I have experience in both the outside and slot positions. I have been used in screens, jet sweeps, and can stretch a field vertically. I also play special teams. I am a fast and strong wide receiver who has sound routes and hands. Off the field, a team will get a leader who does the right thing.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

I am a talented and experienced 4 year starter. I am versatile and reliable. I will be dedicated and work hard to make an impact and help a team win.
