College: Colorado School of Mines
Position: Linebacker / Safety
Height: 5’11”

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Chris: Smart, physical, and passionate.
Q: How are you going to train/prepare this offseason in preparation for the draft or other pro opportunities?
Chris: I got together with a great group of players who I know will hold each other accountable and push each other on a daily basis. I am training with Elite Speed which is an awesome training facility that I know will prepare me for future success.
Q: If you could compare yourself to one current or former NFL player who would it be and why?
Chris: John Lynch because of his physicality and style of play.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
Chris: When watching myself on film, I focus on the little things and am very critical of myself and technique. There is always something I can do better or learn from while watching film. The biggest thing when watching opponents is picking up on tendencies that they may have. I learn what they are good at and what they have trouble with.
Q: What separates you from other players at your position?
Chris: My motor and desire to excel in the game. I have a physical mentality and a dominating mindset when I step foot on the field. I know that I have not and will never be out worked by anyone. I’ve always been the underdog and have never had anything given to me in this game so I know what it is like to work and become great.
Q: What kind of abilities would you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Chris: I can step into a leadership role and will bring an effort driven mindset. I am accountable and will be there on and off the field to help teammates and help push the team in the right direction.
Q: What is your final pitch/sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
Chris: I expect nothing less then success from myself. I just need my shot and I will succeed. Nobody will outwork me and I will do everything possible to put myself in position to achieve greatness. This is my dream, my passion, and everything I have worked for my whole life. I am just as good of a person off the field as I am a player on the field so you won’t deal with any unnecessary problems off the field. I am a student of the game and will succeed. All I ask is for you to give me a shot.
Good Luck Chris!!!! Pittsburgh Steelers would be a great team to go to… or the Texans!!
