Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goals for this season were to have 1,000 yards receiving and make 1st team all conference; I ended up with 898 yards but more importantly I helped our team to an 8-2 record while being named a 1st team all conference WR.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say I am a player who is hard working, talented, humble and brings leadership to a team. Someone who is willing to do whatever he can to help the team win. He can make the big catch or the big block that could change the game.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I like to watch the secondary players from the opposing team and see if I can pick up any tendencies or tips on coverages and techniques and then go back and watch myself to see where I can find ways to improve.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I would say my knowledge of the game, I am able to read coverages well and see plays before they happen; also as a punt returner so being able to help teams on special teams as well as offense.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I will be going back home to Texas to train at APEC; I will also be playing in the D2 Senior Classic in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

The strengths and abilities I’ll bring to a team are you’re getting a receiver who is precise in his routes and has that ability to win 50/50 balls in the air; while off the field you’re bringing a guy into your locker room who is all about the team and can create a culture of togetherness among the players.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

You are getting a receiver who can help your team with dynamic plays on offense and in the return game. A hard working guy who is ready to come in and do whatever he can to help your team win games and ultimately a championship.
