Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

The biggest thing for me was to graduate and then start working towards my masters degree. My other big goal was to play professionally after college and I feel like I am in a good place for that to happen as well.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say that I’m a high effort player and one of the smartest guys on the field.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I look at the tendencies of individual players. Most guys have a tell for when they do certain things, if you can figure that out and link what they do to what play they run you’ll be at an advantage on the field.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I think I’m smarter than a lot of guys at my position. I see the game differently than most people, I can tell you what play the other team is running, routes, blocking schemes, etc.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My plan is to get with my trainer and other players at my level or higher and work hard everyday. I want to get better physically and mentally so I can be the most prepared when an opportunity presents itself. This off-season is about elevation and separation.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I am a natural leader, even when I haven’t been in a leadership position people still gravitate towards me when looking for someone to follow. I also have an unmatched work ethic, working out after games, watching film all night, extra work on the field. Everything to me is an opportunity to get a step ahead of the competition.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

My final pitch to the NFL and professional leagues is that I’m hungry and my passion for the game continues to grow everyday. I’m coming out of a small school in Fairfield, CT with nothing to lose but everything to prove. I am the ultimate competitor and want to line up across from the best of the best. I’m not afraid to work and to be coached and given the opportunity I believe I can play with anybody on the field.
