Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?
My main goal was to get into a senior bowl and I did that. Won MVP and now have another chance to show all 32 teams what I am really about at the Tropical Bowl.
Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?
I think my coaches will say I am a versatile player with all the God given tools to be a great football player.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
When I study film, I look to improve on any miss reads I have. I am usually on top of that, but nobody is perfect, so there is always something you can improve on.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
What separates me from others is that I am not the same as others, meaning we not the same. I will do the abnormal things when it comes to preparation for a game or offseason workouts. It’s the little things with me that sets me apart. On top of that, I am a 6’2″ 250 pound Running Back that has speed and agility that a Wide Receiver would have. I think all of that sets me apart.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
As of right now, I am in Dallas, Texas staying in top shape for this Tropical Bowl. I have not fully decided where I am doing my pro day training.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I think my strength is that you can put me literally anywhere on Special Teams. I can play any position on offense, wether it is Running Back, Fullback, Tight End, or Wide Receiver, so I am really versatile, that’s my biggest strength.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
My final pitch to the NFL is that I am a player that has a story and will inspire a lot. I will be one of the top NFL players to play when it’s all said and done.
