Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
My goals going into the season were to become a turnover machine and be an All-American.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
My style of play in 3 words would be fast, aggressive, and confident.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
A big thing that I will be doing is getting in the weight room and keeping my body healthy. Along with keeping my feet on the field with footwork drills, Defensive Back drills, etc.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
When I study film, I look for Wide Receiver releases and how they block. I feel I can get a sense of what kind of man they are from those things.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
The thing that separates me from other players is I am versatile, I am always around the ball, and I never quit.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
A strength that I will bring to a team is leadership. Half way into my Junior year and through my senior year, I was pushed into the leadership role. Now, I’ve been doing it for so long, it’s like being a leader is embedded in me. That’s for both on and off the field.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
My final pitch would be that I am the next Tyrann Matthieu. I am not one to pass up on and I will make plays wherever I go.
