Name: J’Quan Anderson

Position: RB
Height: 5-10
Weight: 200
Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Some goals I set for myself this year were, rush for 1000 yards. Have a total of 8-12 touchdowns. Be more vocal. And be an All-Conference RB.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
They would say I love to win. I give my all in practice and games. Harder you practice in games the easier the game will be.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
Things I focus on is what defense is the opponent in. Depending if they’re in an even front or odd, that could change where the ball may hit. Film also shows strengths and weaknesses in teams and players. So as you watch you figure out who’s who and what they do.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
What separates me from the other prospects at my position is my WHY. My why is everything and it keeps me motivated everyday no matter what i’m doing. I have. great vision and make big plays. I was told at a young age “Big time players make big time plays” and that’s stuck with my through my whole career. I want to get better. I want to be coachable and learn from coaches and older players, so that I can add everything and be the best version of myself.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
My off-season plan is to get stronger, faster and more flexible. I want to also take time with family and friends to relax my mind. Mental health plays a big part when being an athlete. So just making sure my mind and body is 100% all in for what’s next to come.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Strengths I can bring to a team is my work ethic and winning mentality. Being a great teammate and being able to take negative and positive criticism. Off the field i’m just a laid back person.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
You’re getting someone who is ready to work.
Someone who is ready to take his game to the next level and be that big time player. Someone who wants to be great. Someone who dedicated to the dream of playing professional ball since he could walk. I love playing football, and if I can change lives while doing it why not take it as far as I will take me.
