Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
Some of my goals were to lead the conference in picks, help rank our defense top 5 in the nation in all categories, and to help my team win a national championship.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Versatile, Athletic, and Lengthy.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I will train at school while I finish up my last semester of school at Fairmont State. I will also be coming home to Maryland some weekends for personal workouts from my athletic trainer in Maryland.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
I’m a big tendencies guy, I feel like they can help you gain an edge on opponents. I also love to see what opposing receivers like and what they don’t like. I like to get them off of their game and what they do best, so that in the first couple of series, I can change their game play to how I want them to play and making it as uncomfortable as I possibly can for them.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
I would say my height and length with a combination of my athleticism would be the biggest thing that separates me. Also, I played Safety my first two years in college which shows my versatility as a Defensive Back.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
On the field, I can bring a friendly competitive spirit to work everyday to bring the best out of me and my teammates. Off the field, I feel as if I am a greater selfless person than I am a football player.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
If you want a long, physical, lengthy Cornerback that wants to make an immediate and positive impact to your team, whether it’s at Defensive Back or Special Teams, then I’m here for the taking!
