Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

My first goal for any season is to come out healthy and be successful. In the off-season, I did everything I could in the weight room and on the field to be in the best shape possible. Also, I wanted to get first team all conference and all American, which I was able to accomplish both of those goals.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

My coaches would say I am very physical, hard working, and intelligent.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

For me personally, I watch myself. I try to correct the mistakes I see and my coaches see. For my opponents, I would study their habits to counter what they did and I would also watch my previous years against them to watch what they did to beat me.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

My attitude and determination to get better on a daily basis. Also, my drive to dominate my opponents and my willingness to learn.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I have and will be training six days a week at IronWill for strength. After the break, I will be working on my speed with the strength and conditioning coach from Langston University.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On the field, my overall strength will stand out because I am able to dominate my opponent. Off the field, I was raised with integrity and respect. Also, I am a big believer in giving back. Teammates from my previous team would say I am a leader by actions. As they watch me play, they follow along and want to do better.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

Coming from a small school and not highly recruited, I would be consider a long shot, but with my work ethic and willingness to learn, I believe I could be a good fit wherever I go.
