What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
The main goal was to execute every single week and go 1-0. My teammates and I did a very good job of doing so in my time at Kutztown. A major goal that we accomplished was winning the 2021 PSAC Championship and advancing to the regional championship as well.
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
I believe the COVID year affected everyone differently. I took advantage of this by training more and building my endurance in the off season. I wanted to be prepared for anything.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My coaches and teammates would say that I have a great work ethic and dedication to the sport. I am a very coachable player and I always want to get better. I don’t make selfish decisions and I will always do what it takes to help my team win.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
While studying film, I like to concentrate on the offensive lineman’s stance and positioning. Most of the time It helps me read run/pass quicker by studying certain alignments. I also focus on the splits of the wide receiver and slots, which helps me understand the route concepts.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
What separates me from the other pro prospects at my position would be how versatile I am. I will never stop working on my strength, speed, and agility. I also take pride in special teams!
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Knowing this offseason determines the outcome of me having the opportunity to continue to play the sport I love, I plan on doing everything in my power to get better. Each day I will give it everything I have, like I always do.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
One Strength that will stand out with me is my ability to tackle in open field. I also have a strength of communication on and off the field. I am very verbal on the field when it comes to making reads before the play. I love to be on the same page as my teammates!
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
At this point in my career I believe many people have the talent to play the sport of football. But what many people do not have is the mindset, dedication, and the heart to give it everything you have at all times. I believe all I need is the opportunity and whoever sees me perform will not be able to turn me down.
