Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When studying film, I look for things are my strengths and weakness. I try to see how can I make my strengths stronger and allow my weaknesses grow as I train or go through a work week. When looking at opponents, I watch for their tendencies and the types of block I could receive the most and try to understand offensive formations to see what plays could be ran.
