What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

I set a bunch of goals for myself. One of the goals that I was most proud to have accomplished was not giving up a single touchdown.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I was able to show that I am versatile in the secondary and that I give receivers an extremely hard time catching passes.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

They would say that I have a strong IQ and understanding of the game.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When watching tape of myself, I nitpick my footwork and eye discipline. Those are two facets of the corner position that are extremely important. I also take pride in playing with high effort and intensity, so I look for times in which I am lacking in that area so that I can quickly fix it.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My length, versatility, and IQ. I am also a player who loves the opportunity to compete on special teams. Those are plays that win and lose football games.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My plan is to train hard and showcase my skills at various combines and All-Star games that I have been invited to.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

My length, versatility, and IQ are 3 major strengths that I bring to the table.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

Bringing in a player like myself would be a positive for any team. I can play the CB position at a high level as well as compete on special teams with fanatical effort. I’m also known to be an extremely positive and encouraging person which would good for the morale and culture of any team.
