What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
A goal that I set and accomplished for myself this season was to be recognized as one of the best offensive linemen in the MIAA division 2 conference, I accomplished this by being named as an all conference player.
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
I took advantage of the extra year by improving mentally and by being able to communicate better on and off the field with my fellow O-linemen.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My coaches and teammates would say that I am a very smart and savvy player that puts myself and teammates in the best position to succeed on the field.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
I focus on the mistakes that I make, whether it be not identifying a blitz in time, not picking up the right people, or not using the proper techniques to block my opponents.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I believe what separates me is my knowledge of the game on and off the field.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
My plan is to get to a more manageable weight for my size and build muscle and work on my hands and footwork.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
My strength is my ability to learn plays in an instant and see what’s happening on the field.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
My final pitch is that anyone who want me will be getting a very smart player who wants to improve with every opportunity that get.
