Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
My accomplishments as a collegiate athlete is my first ever championship win. We flipped a losing team into a winning team.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My coaches and teammates would say I’m a leader that leads verbally and on the field.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
When I study film I watch myself and also the players around me to make sure we are all doing our job or what we can benefit from when we make mistakes or switch assignments.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
What separates me from other pro prospects is my knowledge of the game and my awareness for my position. I played both sides of the ball in high school so I know what an offense is looking for.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
This offseason I will be training in Alaska while I work. I plan on running up the mountains and the trails every morning before work. And I’ll get a lift in after work.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I’m a great athlete on the field, I think I can contribute in any position. Off the field I’m very great with people and I am a business major so I’m learning the art of marketing. I also can sing a little.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
My final pitch is that I know everyone works hard and everyone is talented but I’m the competitor that stands out in any crowd.
