Preseason Goals : Team Captain, PSAC champions, DII Champions, PSAC All-League, All-American
Post Season Accomplishments: Team Captain, PSAC All-League

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

Coaches: Is a superior athlete, intense competitor and a also a better person. Plays with passion for the game, a sharp and intense focus on execution and always extremely prepared. He can play in the deep part of the field athletically. He can play in the box, solid tackler and great hands to be able to highpoint the ball. Natural ball hawk who never takes plays off. He is the embodiment of a gamer and a true leader of men.
Teammates: He was the True beating heart of the team. He was a natural leader who demanded commitment and excellence. He was mentor and our “go to” no matter what both on and off the field.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

Accountability and intense ownership. Acknowledgement of improvement. Game Film study of self, as well as opponent is a major part of proper preparation. I have the responsibility of watching everything an opposing offense has employed during the course of a season or, in some cases, throughout the previous year. I focus on personnel groupings, formations, routes, and tendencies. I also try to pick up cadences from the quarterback.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

RANGE.. I have good speed, but superior range. I am very efficient with my steps, movements, and angles. I have the ability to get to where I need to be and have a great explosive closing burst to finish the play. AWARENESS.. I am well prepared, a quick thinker with an excellent awareness. I am aware of the offensive scheme I am playing against, route combinations and how the opposing quarterback is looking to manipulate the coverage. MAN COVERAGE… my man coverage ability is superior which allows me to cover all positions including the slot.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I plan on of course getting my body right after a long season. I have been back already training with my trainer here at East Stroudsburg (VETS Elite Training). I have been able to increase strength, speed, and stamina every time I get to train with them. I am looking for a senior bowl to showcase my talents in. I will also be looking for schools that host pro days because since I am at a D2 school, we do not have our own. Overall, just looking forward to getting better than I was before everyday and perfecting my craft in every way possible.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I would say just being a great teammate. I was always the guy for the younger players where they would come up to me and ask me questions and how I would play certain coverages. Being a great teammate is not always about on the field stuff, but the guys being able to come to me when things in life get hard or maybe there just struggling in classes. I was always willing to talk it out with them or help them find a solution. I am the guy that will push a person to reach a new level because I want the people around me to be great just like me. That is why I hold such a high standard.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

As a DII athlete I did not have a full scholarship, so had to work to get my degree while playing football. I had no one looking after me to make sure I was up on time and at class. No one to make sure I was in film study and at practice on time. I had to work hard and sacrifice for everything I achieved. I am hungry, coachable, and understand It’s a privilege, not my right, to play at the next level. My ultimate career goal is to become an active roster member of a team where I can contribute to achieve a championship, but understand that I will have to do everything better then most of my peers to have a chance and I am fully committed to that. I feel I have the talent, the commitment, and the heart to play at the next level and am just looking for someone to take a chance on me. I guarantee that person will not regret it.
