Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

Going into my senior season I wanted to put a lot of pressure on myself. My biggest goal was to win a National Championship, though I didn’t accomplish this a few of my goals were met such as leading the conference in all purpose yards and averaging at least 250 yards per game.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

Both my coaches and teammates would say that I am very competitive. I give everything I have on every play. They would also say that I’m a team first guy. I’m willing to do whatever it takes to see my team be successful.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When studying film I try to learn as much about my opponent as possible. Who are their best players, what coverages they like to play, how often they send pressure, etc. Doing this allows me to feel comfortable and play fast.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me from other QB’s is my arm talent and thirst for knowledge of the game. I believe that I can make any throw on the field, but I also know that the more I know the faster I can play. There is always something new to learn and improve on.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

During this offseason I plan on working on my throwing base and under center mechanics. Having been majority shotgun since High school I want to be more well rounded in that aspect of my game.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I bring the ability to be a leader and energizer for the team. My personality is infectious and I love to help others.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

With me you know that your origination is getting someone that will give their all! Football is a passion of mine and has been for most of my life. On the field, my coaches and teammates will know that they can trust me to get my job done with intensity and integrity. Off the field, the entire organization will know that I will protect the brand and have great character.
