Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?

Going into my last season, I had high expectations and goals. With our new coaching staff, I definitely wanted us to make the playoffs and come out on top of our conference. Personally, my goals were to lead the conference in tackles and in interceptions.

Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?

Coachable, Confident, Difference-maker.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I’m really focusing on my nutrition this offseason, learning different things about body fat and muscle mass to be able to play at my complete best. Things to set me apart; on top of speed training, position work and drills.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

Breaking down film is one of my favorite aspects of the game. I look for everything an offense does; formation tendencies, formation audibles, QB tendencies, WR route tendencies, Offensive-Line “high hat low hat” tendencies. I look at it all.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

Definitely my preparation to the game. The way I approach the game of football is just different then others I’ve witnessed. I think that’s important, especially at the level I desire to play at.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I’ll bring character and personality on and off the field. On the field, I’ll bring a completive nature for big plays and high energy. Off the field, I believe myself to be a cool and responsible family guy.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

If given the opportunity, scouts should know that I’m not content on just being apart of the organization. I plan on making a difference whereever my feet land.
