Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Some personal goals that I set for my senior season were: No fumbles and a specials team TD. Thankfully I was able to accomplish both of those, while also being named to the All-Conference and All-Region teams. A team goal that I set and was able to accomplish was to win the National Championship.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
They would say that I’m a selfless, and team oriented player who gives his all in everything he does.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
Whenever I watch film I really focus on the run scheme and how the defense is flowing. Then based on the scheme see how the first level holes/cutbacks develop, and then finally look at the second level, setting up blocks and how I can make those second level defenders miss.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
My knowledge of the game, resilience, and ability to make people miss.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I will be training with Dom King Performance, and my training plan is centered around injury prevention, along with increasing strength, speed and explosiveness.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I bring a unique perspective, a positive attitude, and the ability to make game changing plays.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
I’m intelligent, hard-working, and a playmaker that will make the most of any opportunity that is presented to me.
