Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
Lead the team in interceptions, first team AAC, win the AAC, win our bowl game.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Playmaking field general.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I’ve trained at APEC and O Athletik extremely hard, working on getting stronger, faster, and technique. I plan to continue getting better everyday with hard work and with the great people surrounding me.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
I focus on tendencies of the offense and individual players. I like to watch what teams like to do out of each formation and what they like to do on different down and distances.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
Not only my size, but my intelligence of the game. I take pride in knowing what the opposing team is going to do in each situation and making the other 10 guys around me better. Hard work, even when you leave the field, rather that be in the film room or being the best person in general possible.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
I’m a great prospect who is going to only get better everyday. My ceiling is extremely high and I’m ready to prove that to a team.
