Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Some goals that I have set out for my final season was to get 1% better each and everyday no matter if it was staying after practice, watching film, or lifting weights trying to improve everyday was the mindset.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I believe that my coaches and teammates would say that I am a team first player, a type of player that isn’t worried about personal accolades but the type who will do whatever the team needs no matter how big or small the task may be, just a selfless individual who will put the team first and worry about anything else another time.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
When I’m studying film I watch practice/ games and focus on the details of the routes being ran trying to improve how to set a DB up and/ or reading different coverages to find the soft spot in a zone.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
What separates me from others is my willingness to do whatever the team needs at any time and my strong reliable hands.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
My offseason plan is to train with my teammates who plans on doing the same as me as well as training with individuals that’s been there and knows what it takes and just soak in all the information I can to gain more knowledge mentally and physically getting prepared for the next level.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
What I bring to the team that is a strength is my ability to lead, coming into my college career i wasn’t really looked at as a vocal leader I was more of a lead by example kind of guy but as I continued to grow I became accustomed to leading on and off the field.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
My final pitch that I will give to the NFL or any other pro leagues is that you will receive a team player, a guy that will give you his all everyday in practice because that’s where it starts with the preparation. A guy that will play with passion and intensity and all out grit.
