Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

One goal I set for myself this year was to start at RT for the entirety of the season. It was something that I took on as a challenge due to the fact that I have never played right tackle consistently ever. I had played left tackle in HS and a few snaps throughout my college career, but never right tackle.

I also set a goal to win more than 7 games and we went out and won 8 and had the best record since I had arrived at ASU.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My teammates and coaches would say that I am a loyal guy. They would also say that I am a player who is going to give you everything that I have. No holding back at all. They would also say that I am very versatile. I am able to play multiple positions very effectively.

They would also say that I car about everyone. Being able to separate football and life has always been important to me. A team is a family, and taking care of your family has always been important to me.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I would like to improve my consistency with run game footwork at both tackle and guard. Being able to play multiple positions has always been important to me so being able to do all of the run footwork from any spot is something I really am looking to get better at.

I also study my tendencies and try to work on switching up techniques at times and being versatile in my approach to each snap.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

The thing that separates me from others in my class is my versatility. I have game film in every position except center. Over 4 years, I was able to play significant time at tackle and guard on both sides of the line. I know football and can be plugged in anywhere on the line.

I am also a good pass protector. I can and have done it in multiple positions throughout my career.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I have been training at ASU with my strength coach and getting work with Adam Snyder at his facility, VYDL, in Chandler.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I am a smart football player. I care about my teammates and am elevated by the people around me. I have high energy and am a person about actions more than words.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

Having an offensive lineman who can play both tackle and guard on either side is vital for a team’s long term success throughout the season. I am a player that has shown I can do that for anyone willing to give me the opportunity.
