Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

In my final collegiate season, I set some pretty awesome goals for myself. Other than wanting to achieve my own personal goals of getting all conference honors and doubling my touchdowns and yards from last season, one of my goals was to improve my leadership skills both on and off the field. I wanted to be a positive influence on my teammates and help create a strong team dynamic. I worked hard to lead by example, motivate others, and communicate effectively. By the end of the season, I felt proud of the progress I made in becoming, not only a better player, but a better leader. It was a fulfilling experience.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

If my coaches and teammates were to describe the type of player I am, they would say that I’m dedicated, hardworking, and always give my best effort on the field. They might also mention that I’m a team player, supportive of my teammates, and always willing to go the extra mile to help the team succeed. I believe that building strong relationships and fostering a positive team environment is just as important as individual skills. So, I strive to be a player who not only performs well but also contributes to the overall team spirit.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I’m studying film to improve my game, there are a few key things I focus on. First, I pay attention to my own performance, analyzing my strengths and areas for improvement. I also study the strategies and techniques of successful players in my position, looking for ways to incorporate their skills into my own game. Additionally, I closely examine the opposing team’s tactics and tendencies, so I can better anticipate their moves during games. By studying film, I aim to gain a deeper understanding of the game and make smarter decisions on the field. It’s an essential part of my preparation.

When it comes to what separates me from other pro prospects at my position, I believe it’s a combination of my unique skill set and my dedication to continuous improvement. I’ve always been passionate about honing my craft and pushing myself to be the best player I can be. I strive to bring a high level of versatility, adaptability, and leadership to the field. By constantly working on my skills, studying the game, and staying committed to my development, I aim to stand out among other pro prospects.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

Other than participating in track and field for my final season, I have a comprehensive training plan to prepare for professional opportunities. I’ll be focusing on strength and conditioning to enhance my physical abilities. To add, I’ll be working with certain trainers to fine-tune my skills and technique. Film study will also be a crucial part of my preparation, analyzing my own performance and studying successful players in my position. Lastly, I’ll be participating in any relevant showcases or tryouts to showcase my abilities.

On the field, I believe my strengths lie in my versatility, adaptability, and leadership qualities. I bring a diverse skill set that allows me to contribute in multiple positions and situations.
