Name: Sean Brown

Position: NT
Height: 6’2″
Weight: 325

Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

For my senior season I set two goals. The first was to continue to improve my skills and fundamentals. The second goal was to leave a legacy that the underclass men could look up to. I want those younger guys to be better than I was at my time. As a part of my hard work I received all conference honorable mention in the Sun Belt Conference.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

If the players or coaches would have to describe me they would say I am tough. It doesn’t matter if I’m a little banged up I still have people counting on me to do my job.I am a player that comes in everyday, grinds , and tries to infect the guys around me. I want to infect guys with a positive and motivating mindset.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I like to break tendencies. I like to watch how stances are. Can we see if his hand is pressed in the ground or is it barely touching. What is his favorite pass set. I could watch film for hours. The eye in the sky doesn’t lie. If I can watch enough film to just give me and edge over you for one play in the game I’ll take it.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My passion to learn the game. I love to learn new things that I don’t currently know. In my own opinion my on the field IQ is one of the highest. I like to learn everybody’s fits in the defense and I can tailor it to how we play together. When I know a play is coming there nothing you can do because you can’t stop me.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I am currently training everyday. Changing my diet from in season to offseason. Continuing to work my fundamentals and working hand speed. I feel as if I’m building up to being in my prime. Body feels great and I’m stronger and more flexible than I have been before.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I am a football guy. Most coaches I’m an old school football guy because I can just put my hand in the dirt and play. One thing for certain I know I can add to a team is the run stopping ability. Double teams or an occasional triple team but I’m use to them all. Off the field I love to give back. Older guys came and mentored me to the man I am today. It’s only right that I return that return the favor. Seeing others happy makes me happy and I want to continue that.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

I can’t wait to get the opportunity to show everyone all that I can offer. It’s a blessing just to be able to be in the position that I am now. I love the game and I’m eager to learn even more of it. I’m a hard nosed worker that brings his lunch to work with no complaints. I love to compete and I look forward to all opportunities in front of me.
