Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Throughout the season, I wanted to teach the younger guys the ropes and help put them in the best position to succeed. A few goals I set for myself was to lead the conference in receiving yards, and become an All-American in order to help lead my team on a playoff run.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My teammates and coaches would say that I am disciplined and that I work hard to perfect my craft. I love to work on the the small things to help me perfect my mechanics and technique. I also give my all, every time I step on the field whether it is practice or game time.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
When I study film, I focus on what coverage the team typically plays and what kind of corner or safety I am going to play against. I look at things such as, aggressiveness or conservativeness and small tendencies from the corner.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
The thing that separates me from other prospects at my position is my work ethic, IQ, and size. Also, with my ability I can switch from slot receiver and outside receiver.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
This offseason I plan to work on becoming a superior route runner, and work with a trainer in order to improve my all around skill set.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
A strength that I can bring to a team is leading by example and bringing that competitive edge with everything I do. Also spreading positivity by cheering on my teammates and showing diligence can be contagious throughout a football team and bring everyone closing together.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
No matter where I may end up at, I am always going to give you effort and be fully committed. Heart is something you cannot teach and I will give my all in order to succeed.
