Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
I would say my goal for me this year was mainly improving more on my game and working on perfecting my craft; doing more of what I didn’t do in my previous seasons. I’ve showed scouts that i can blow by and beat defenders deep, but being undersized, I just wanted to show that dog and want that I have in me overall as a receiver.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
Things my coaches and teammates would say about me is that I bring good energy to the team, hungry for the ball and a person who loves to compete.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
When I watch film studying for an opponent I watch for the strengths and the weak points I feel I can take advantage of. I also like to critique my game by watching for things I might have did in previous games and improving on it to elevate my game.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
What separates me from other pro prospects at my position is my hunger and want I have for the game and my route running ability; At the next level everybody is fast and quick, it’s your mentality and the way you approach the game. With me being a little undersized than most receivers at my position I use that as motivation and that strives me even more to be the player I know I’m capable to be.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I am currently training; working on my breaks, strength, explosiveness, and speed. I’m also doing yoga, improving my flexibility.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Strengths I would bring to a team is my speed, route running, and quickness off the line. Im also a good teammate and will bring live energy to the field/ locker room. I love to compete and win so whatever the team needs from me for us to improve overall I’m all in.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
My final pitch to the NFL scouts is that I only need one chance and if the opportunity was to present itself I will take full advantage and show the ability I have to play at the next level. You will be receiving elite talent willing to work and do whatever it takes to be the best player at my position.
