Aidan

Aidan Hickey is a NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor at The Gridiron Crew. Aidan is from Sycamore, Illinois and attended Western Kentucky University where he completed his Bachelor’s in Sports Management. Aidan then continued his pursuit of becoming a NFL Sports Agent and attorney by attending Stetson College of Law. After graduation, Aidan passed the Florida Bar and became an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and is now residing in Nashville, Tennessee. Aidan assists and represents The Gridiron Crew’s clients with matters related to the NFL.

Colin

Colin is the Founder of The Gridiron Crew. Colin’s passion for sports led him to attend Niagara University where he graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and Endicott College where he graduated in 2013 with a Master of Education in Athletic Administration. He attended Niagara on a running scholarship where he was team captain. While currently working in the Plastics Engineering field, Colin’s past sports industry experience has included Sports Broadcasting at FloSports, the United Football League, Minor League Baseball, and more. He is currently on a journey to attend a game of every college football program in the country.

Dallas

Dallas Hartwell is a CFLPA certified Contract Advisor for the Canadian Football League and Director of Player Evaluation at The Gridiron Crew. Dallas hails from rural Nebraska and is a University of Nebraska alum, majoring in Political Science and History. He is also an Afghan Veteran, having served in theater with the US Army in 2008 and 2009. Dallas is a full time educator, teaching World History and APUSH. He has been a varsity head coach for seven years and is currently the Freshman Head Coach at Marin Catholic in Kentfield, CA. 

Dylan

Dylan is one of our scouts across the country residing in the southwest region of Ohio. He earned his Associate of Science in Audio Video Production from Cincinnati State. While working full time for Flosports Inc, a sports media company, Dylan coaches football and wrestling. His past experiences include live broadcasting sporting events, coordinating and planning sporting events and playing football at the collegiate level. 

Nick

Nick is the Director of Team-Player Liasion at The Gridiron Crew where he works at building positive relationships with Professional teams and athletes. Nick hails from rural Iowa and is an alum from the Universities of Iowa and South Dakota where he majored in Mathematics Education and minored in Statistics. Nick has spent the last decade as a football coach at both the varsity high school and semi-professional levels.
