Qadr: Follow my training plan that includes dynamic exercise to increase my flexibility, body composition, condition, and position technique.

Q: If you could compare yourself to one current or former NFL player who would it be and why?

Qadr: Jeremiah Poutasi, because he is a player who played Tackle in University. Currently playing for Jacksonville, learned to move inside as a Guard. Playing guard allows me to use my strength and ability to perform in a short area of play. Jeremiah Poutasi demonstrates his ability to down block, and is great with gap or man schemes. Poutasi demonstrates the ability to absorb most power rushes. He is really heavy handed and when he locks his hands on someone can shut down pass rushes.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?

Qadr: When i am studying a defense, I am making a profile for the whole first and secondary unit. When reflecting on the first level, I look at the DL’s pass rush moves, and how they play the run. Important to take look at physical clues in the Defesnive lineman’s stance that give away potential stunts. I study the alignment of the DL to see if their giving something away. I look for blitz’s in different down and distances. I look at the safety and defensive back to see if they give away the blitz’s or change in responsibilities.

Q: What separates you from other players at your position?

Qadr: I have strong upper-body strength and massive quads. I am violent when I punch my opponents. Plays with a nasty temperament and seeks to bury defenders into the ground. I am an aggressive run blocker, and can Pass block.

Q: What kind of abilities would you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Qadr: My goals of the field include trying to improve a society’s overall well-being, especially for the most vulnerable populations. As a Social work graduate from McGill University I value social justice.

Q: What is your final pitch/sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

Qadr: I am a guy that comes from very little, that’s very hungry and plays with a chip on my shoulder. I know how to dominate opponents and the drive to dominate is constantly on my mind. I am interested in getting better as a football player everyday.
