Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

At the end of spring ball last season I set a goal to make the all conference team for the NE-10 which I did. As a team we had a goal of winning the conference, we fell short but had a great season nonetheless.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I think my coaches and teammates would say that I am a student of the game. I mastered our playbook and knew everyone’s position and job on every play, as well as knowledge of our opponents and what they liked to do. I think they would say I’m also a coach on the field and I am able to see what my coaches may see in game and relay it to my teammates in an effective way.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I really like to focus on my eyes and feet when I Watch myself on film. My eyes will tell me the play and my feet/footwork will get me there the fastest.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I would say my mind separates me from other linebackers in this class. I maybe not be the biggest or fastest but if you give me a playbook to memorize in a week I’ll know it better than some of the coaches.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I’ve been working out at school with some of my teammates before the coronavirus epidemic hit. These days I have been stuck working out at home with a home gym as well as some athletic fields by my house.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Like I said before I think my ability to see what my opponents are trying to do and how we can combat it is my strength as well as communication between my teammates in game. This could be relaying what the coaches see and how they want us to adjust on the fly or what players see on the field that the coaches might not.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

My final pitch is if you take a chance on me you’ll get a hard working linebacker that is a student of the game. Im a team player so whatever is asked of me will be done to the best of my ability.
