Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season? 

I finished my college football career with over 70 tackles and 4.5 sacks, I made first-team all-conference and I will be the first in my family to graduate with a college degree.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

That I have the mental and physical strength along with a winning attitude to be a strong competitor. Consistently looking for ways to improve, by studying my film and my opponent’s film, working daily to get stronger, faster, and smarter. I have a go-get mentality and I am a leader on and off the field who is willing to do the work to be better than my competition.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I’m watching a film, I look at if I’m taking the right steps, hand placements, and eye discipline. Ways to creating a new line of scrimmage and maintaining pursuit speed.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position? 

I am a fierce competitor and a hard worker on and off the field. My goal is to get better every day to be a student of the game and an athlete that is coachable, trustworthy, and always willing to learn.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

During this off-season, I’ll be training on general strength conditioning through gym work that corrects muscle imbalances. Improving my position technique by preparing for professional opportunities.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

As a leader, I lead by example on and off the field. What I can bring to a team is stopping the run and collapsing the pocket Making a play when needed.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I am solider, I am a warrior, I live, breathe, eat, think, sleep, football, I strive to be the best, I believe I can play amongst the best to have an opportunity to play in any Professional league is my ultimate goal, any team that believes in me enough to give me an opportunity to play, will never regret their decision.
