Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

The goal I set was to get our team to the Championship (Celebration Bowl) and to get 1st Team All-MEAC, as a team we fell short of getting to the championship but I did achieve 1st Team All-MEAC as well as an All-American Honor.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I feel they would say that they can trust that when I’m on the field, I control multiple aspects of the game that directly impact the offense. And I’m sure my coaches would say I’m a coach able player because I love to learn more of the game as it is.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

Studying film on an opponent I focus on their weaknesses as well as their strengths in order to put myself in the best position possible to help my team win. Watching film on myself I try to focus on what I could be more consistent doing instead of watching highlights. I know I could always be better the next game.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I know that as a Defensive End, pass rushing is an art that many overlook at times. I feel I have an explosive first step and I can apply pressure in order to disrupt plays before they have time to happen.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I will be training in Tampa, FL at Cooper Sports Performance perfecting my pass rush ability as well as making me an overall more explosive player.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On the field I feel as if the disruption of the offense is a major key when talking about a “great defensive player”. I know I can apply pressure, especially on 3rd down.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

If they’re looking for someone who is coachable, willing to learn the scheme, and make an impact on a defense, then I’m their guy.
