What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goals were to be First Team All-Conference again and becoming an All-American. The one goal was really focusing on it was helping my team win a championship, but we came short unfortunately. It was lot of ups and downs during the season, but I was really happy the way I finished the season with leading the team in tackles, tied for first in interceptions and becoming First Team All-Conference.

Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?

I took full advantage of the extra year because I’m a player that improves tremendously every year because I take my off season serious. During the extra year I focused a lot on my craft and watching film.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I think my coaches and teammates would say that first, I’m a friend. I am always trying to help everyone on the team because I treat everyone as my family. On the field I am very vocal guy, I can also lead my example. Especially this year I became a captain, so I had to step up big time.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I’m studying film, I focus on things that I did wrong on the field and watch it slow over and over again trying to see what did wrong. I also focus on things that I did right on the field and how I can do better next time. I just focus on my movements, my keys and how do I execute on a high level.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

I can’t say this enough, I believe I’m the best safety in the country because what I bring to this game, I can play any position on the field, I can play Safety, Strong Safety, Nickel, LB. My IQ to the game and the way I watched film is unmatchable. I’m a student of the game first and I’m a gym rat. I’m a team player I believe as one team we are better.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

My off-season plan is to get back to the trenches and take my workout to another level and get prepare for the league.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

The strengths and abilities I bring to a team is how fast, aggressive, and SMART I play the game, how quick I can make decisions during plays. The Leader you need on the team. How confident, and competitive I play this game. I’m a player that makes everyone around me better mentally and physically because I’m always working on the little things.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

I feel like I’m a sleeper on this draft because I came from a small school I believe, but like I said before I’m the best Safety in Country and I stand on it.
