Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
For my final collegiate season I set the goal of being in the championship and ending with a ring and a degree. Also to be one of the leaders and insure that once college was done, I could be in a position to continue play this game and give myself a chance to play on the next level.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My coaches would say I am a high energy guy that plays with a lot of passion and confidence. I am a player that wants to win and will do any and everything to win. My teammates would say I’m a leader and a stand up guy. Im going to give them everything I’ve got each and every game and I’m going to work, grind, and improve at all costs.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
When studying film I focus on everything about my opponents, every little detail that could help me get a step ahead is vital to me. All the way down to body language and alignments. I try my best to fine tendencies and hidden routines in an offense that I’m facing. Any little detail could make the difference. And i aim to find it in film study.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I am a long rangy corner with the swag and confidence to cover anybody on the field, also my work ethic. I grind hard with a statement. To be the best and put it on the field every single play. Its in me not on me!
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
My offseason plan is to get better in the certain areas and increase my weight. Also to continue to push forward and continue to be a student of the game in all aspects.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I will bring accountability and great energy to a team. I will be a guy to depend on to make big plays and change the overall identity of a team. Off the field I am a polished man that stands tall and will represent my organization to the fullest. To be a leader by example and stay the course for my family and my team.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
I’m here to finish what i started. Adversity is what I look forward to so I can get better. I am focused, ready to work, and ready to take anything thrown my way. I live, play with no fear of failure. All I know is give it everything I’ve got. I will be one of the best and I don’t want nothing less for myself or my teammates. Im going to go get it by any means.
