Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
The goals I set for myself in my final collegiate season was to be 1st team all conference, be an All-American, and win a national championship. Although I only accomplished first team all conference, I still viewed my season personally as a success.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My coaches and teammates would probably say I’m a silent leader. I’ll lead by example and make the right plays and put in the extra work when people aren’t watching.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
First I focus on what coverages the defense tends to line up in on certain downs and distances. Then I see how each individual defensive back plays and what they like to do.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
There are not many guys at my height with the quickness and speed that I have. I put in the hard work during the off-season and strive to be great.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Right now I am still in the process of which training facility I am going to choose.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
My strengths on the field will be my height and speed. I have never had any off the field issues or distractions so teams will not have to worry about that from me.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
My final pitch is you will get a guy that is coachable, a great teammate and will do whatever it takes to get on the field.
