Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

The goal I set for this past season was to become a better leader for my teammates and my personal goals were to get better with my fundamentals and not to give up any pressures or sack this year and I accomplished those goals.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I think my coaches would say I’m that type of player who is dedicated and determined to be a better player week to week and day by day. Also, I would think my coaches would say I’m a player who cares about my team and what we need to do to improve as well.

Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?

When I’m studying film, when it comes to practice film I focus on my technique and the little errors I make that may be a issue the effects my full performance and come out the next day to fix. Then secondly for game film I focus on my assignments and defensive front so I can be able to recognize and communicate to center or tackle to prepare for Saturday.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates is my ability to be coachable and realize that I’m still growing as a player, but also as a young man so I still have things to learn and I take great pride in that. And what sets me apart is the way I come everyday knowing that it’s another opportunity to get better and I’m not letting nothing in my personal life stop me from getting better and achieving my goals.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

This offseason I will be interning at Rutgers University for strength and conditioning, so I would ask coaches to help me with offseason training.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

What I bring to the table is a young man who is personable and gets along with everyone in the locker room to the point where I can diffuse controversy in the locker room and on the field. Someone who isn’t afraid to call things out and make sure that I’m holding myself and the teammates accountable to be successful and just a positive attitude every day.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?

My name is Jeremaih Mensah from Ft Myers, Florida and I graduated from Wittenberg University. I’m an Offensive Guard and I’m a player that will definitely be a big asset to your organization and offensive line based on my energy to come in every day to get better and wanting to hold myself and teammates accountable. I know I’m not the best and not the most knowledgeable, but I definitely want to be coached to be the best player I can be. I just need an organization to give me a chance and I’ll definitely show you why I’m worth the energy and time.
