Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goals for this season was to be the best shutdown corner in the conference, receive all-conference honors and help my team improve from the prior year that I missed. Also leave a legacy in my program that would inspire my young teammates to go harder every day to be the best they can be.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My teammates and coaches would say I’m the type of player who leads by example and would whatever to help the team win. My head coach labeled me as the “Silent Killer” on my team because I was a quiet kid but brought the energy to every practice and game off one hit.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I first focus on the mistakes that I made throughout the week or prior games and how can I can improve to better myself against my opponent. Going based off my opponent’s tendencies, weakness and strengths that I see in film. Try to find a weakness in my opponent and how I’m going to attack it come game day.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

What separates me from others is that I have length at my position. My reaction time is a strength and I can also tackle well. I also blocked 6 field goals in my career.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I plan to build my body to be able to play all over the field of needed too.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Leadership, speed, knowledge of the game and I’m family-oriented people tend to get along with me well very quickly.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

My final pitch is that I’m that player that’s going to put his all into an organization whether it’s special teams or defense. I’m here to work and get better every day to improve my game, my teammates game and the organization.
