Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Our goal was to win the national championship, my other goal was to become a leader on the team. I feel that I achieved the goal of being a leader. I also had goals to be best in the conference, as well as country, and I earned 1st team in the conference, as well as in an All-American team.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I would hope to say that they would see me as the hardest worker in the room, and a guy that will hold everyone to the same standard.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
Get offs by the D-line, as well as their pass rush moves and how they take on run. I also look at safety rotation to find eligible blitzers.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I feel my durability and will to be the hardest working guy in the room separates me.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I will be training at UNI, with our Strength staff, and have a pro day at UNI in March.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I feel my strength would be in the run game, that is what I pride myself in. I also feel that I can be a leader in any situation. I also know that I will be able to keep a low profile and not be a problem for a franchise.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
I will be the hardest working person in the room, and will do whatever to be the best I can be.
