Q: What goals did you accomplish heading into your final collegiate season?

One of my goals was to be more vocal on and off the field as the defensive captain of the team. My next goal was to keep the same production on the field as my junior year while generating more interceptions.

Q: What would your coaches say about the type of player you are?

My coaches would say that I am a hard working and passionate football player. My coaches would also say that I am a great tackler and that I play my heart out every time I am on the field.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I like to focus on what I could have done better. I do this by asking myself a series of questions, like, how fast did I read the play, what keys were missed when analyzing their offensive lines blocking style? How was my break? Where were my eyes, in the backfield or on my man? Things like that.

Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?

My heart, passion, and aggressive nature to track the ball anywhere on the field are what separates me from other players. When I’m on the field I have the ability to make big plays for my team.

Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?

I have taken this time to focus and work hard on speed, mobility, and technique. I am a firm believer that there is always more work to be done.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I am a great tackler and I have a knack for tracking the ball. I will bring my leadership qualities and the determination to put in the hard work it takes to be successful. I am also a versatile player that takes coaching very well.

Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?

I am one of those players that play with heart and determination. Every time I am on the field I make big plays for my team. I give my teammates and coaching staff everything that I have inside of me. If you decide to take a chance on me you are not just getting another football player, you are bringing in a leader and a playmaker to your family.
