Q: What were some of your goals heading into your final collegiate season?
My goal was to do everything in my power to improve my unit and to help the team win a conference championship. In the end, we came up short.
Q: If you could describe your style of play in 3 words, what would they be?
Tough, Nasty, Smart.
Q: How will you train and prepare this offseason for the draft or other pro opportunities?
I am training at EFT in Chicago.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on or look for?
I look first and foremost at any type of blitz packages they have and what things might give these away. After that, I look at the individuals in the front seven and study tendency, alignment, and try to gain any and every advantage I can before actually kicking the ball off.
Q: What separates you from the other players at your position?
I have a high football IQ, and have the ability to play multiple positions.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I am versatile and will help bring along any unit I am apart of. Also, I am a tough and durable player. As far as off the field, I mold within a locker room, and love to get out in the community.
Q: What is your final pitch or sell to NFL and other pro league scouts?
In getting me, you get a good teammate with a high football IQ that will work tirelessly to improve myself and teammates every day. I also have a versatility that will allow me to be able to kick over from Center to either Guard position as well.
