Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Finishing my college career undefeated home at legion field. 18-0 I believe, also capturing our second straight west-division championship. Also I learned to play as an edge rusher my senior year even though I played Mike/Will my sophomore and junior year.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My coaches and teammates would say I am the type of player that is a team first guy that puts the team ahead of myself. Also they will say I am a versatile football player that is physical and can play any Linebacker position.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
I watch my opponents tendencies, watch how offensive lineman sit in their stance in a certain way depending on if its pass/run. Also watching the play call patterns, which helps me anticipate what plays the opposite coach will call depending on the down and distance.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
Firstly it would be my effort and passion for the game. That alone would make me a very good special teams player. Secondly my versatility. I can play any position at linebacker Sam, Will, Mike
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Workout at least two times a day. Field work and weight room is essential. Also I enjoying watching YouTube clips of legendary players to learn a thing or two.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I’m known as a team first guy. I will also put the team ahead of my person agenda and/or achievements.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
I am a versatile football player that loves the game. None stop motor, can add value to your team with my ability to play multiple position and has the heart/desire to become an excellent special teams player.
