Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Goal of going to the playoffs as a team for the first time in 20 years. Being a all conference player and a leader for the team.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
They would say I’m a relentless player with a high motor each and every play. Instincts are second to none and a emotional leader.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
When I watch tape I look at tendencies from the offense if they are pass or run first. Look at linemen stance to see if they give away when they pull. Look at vulnerable parts in the offense I feel I can attack often.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I feel i’m different than other backers in this draft from my instincts alone. I have a sense for the ball and always around it if you watch the tape. My motor is also an advantage and playing with a controlled rage each game.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I’ve been training 5-6 days a week now pro day is over getting into football shape. Fast quick twitch intense workouts so i’m ready for camp. Track, boxing, and field work while doing core work with lifts and stretching.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
My strength is my ability to get to the ball and be a dominant presence. Relentless motor to the ball and also my iq for the game of knowing what’s coming before the play happens. Also a coachable player who can play all the linebacker positions at a high clip.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
I’m a player who will be a team player and coachable who will give it there all every day. Football is a game i’ve been playing for a while and love and I’ll show that everyday!
