What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
The goal for me was to finish after all I been through just finish.
Q: How do you think you took advantage of the extra year of eligibility to increase your chances of going pro?
After being out I had to get back in the football mindset.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
A grit and grind player that will never quit.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
Stance, pad level, and hands are the three I try to focus on.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
The killer instinct when I’m on the field is what separates me from others at my position.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Just train and await on an opportunity. Try to correct the things I struggle with and add a couple more moves to my bag.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
Experience and grit and grind. I played and went against some of the best competition in one of the most dominate conference there is (SEC), so I know what it takes. Mentor to others.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
I’ve been dreaming of opportunity to play on the NFL or anywhere professionally since I was 5 years old. I believe that this is what I was put on earth to do. I was always the best player in my position and I want to show that I belong in the league.
