Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

Going into my senior year the goal was to win a conference championship. After a tough start to the year we put together 5 straight wins to win the conference.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

My coaches and teammates would say that I lead by example. They look at me and see a guy whose put everything into this program in order to win a conference championship. Someone whose battled back through injuries and has never given up on himself or his team.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

A big thing I like to study week to week is the different coverages defenses show. When I understand what the defense is playing I can visualize different routes against their alignments and see how I can work with leverages while running routes.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

A big thing that separates me from most guys at my position is my size and quickness. Playing the slot at 200 lbs helps me dominate the inside because of how physical I can play. Combining my size with my quickness and ability to get open makes me tough to guard.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

Right now I’m training at exceed sports performance and fitness. They’re preparing me for the college gridiron showcase which I’m attending January 4-8th. I’ve been working out 6 days a week to get ready for the showcase and then I’m going to start preparing for my pro day.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

On the field I’m a versatile player. I can play inside or outside at the receiver position. I also do both kick and punt return. At times I have taken snaps in the backfield as well. Off the field I’m pretty low key. Even when I’m not playing I’m always looking to get better through nutrition or watching film from practice. Football is a priority for me on and off the field.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

For any team that picks me up you are getting a player who loves the game. I’ve overcome lots of obstacles to get to this point in my career and I’m ready to take on the challenge of playing at the highest level. I’m a discipline player whose ready to play in the NFL.
