Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

My goal was to be better than I was the day before. Always be 1% better than I was the day before.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I’m very energetic, I’m very coachable, and I lead by example.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

Knowing the call, alignment, and assignments. I make sure I understand why I called a certain play. Why is it important to slow pay something. Why should I read center to guard. Why it’s important to not look in the backfield.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

My passion, my will to never give up. The doctor told me I would never play football when I was 9 years old. I won’t take no for an answer, I will push myself to the limit and then some.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

First school because without my degree I failed as a person, but after work on my footwork and train harder than I’ve ever trained. Focus on the small things because the small things will get you beat.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

I will bring a voice, I think a voice is very important because without a voice you don’t have an identity. I’m very outspoken and when you have a voice like I do your teammates and fans feed off your energy.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

My final pitch is everyone deserves a chance no matter if its 1,2,3 or practice squad. Everyone deserves a shot, all I need is one shot, if I don’t get it, at least I can say I got a shot and done all I can. It doesn’t matter, special teams or starting defense, I will give it my all. Not 100%, but 200% because if we don’t get it done for 4 quarters, i will still give you my 100% in OT.
