Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Set goals of going to a bowl game and having a winning season. Learning the new scheme and having over 100 tackles. Finishing my career with 300+ tackles. Accomplished my personals but not the team.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My coaches and team would say that I’m a smart alpha! They see me as a true leader and a ball player! Truly coachable and makes plays.
Q: When you are studying film, what are the things you focus on to improve your game?
When I study I always look to see what are the give aways: formations, depth of TE/RB, weight of the OL etc.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
What separates me is I’m always learning and truly focused. I play hard and smart, i love preparation and it helps me execute in the game.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
Continue to work on speed and explosiveness it’s the name of the game now.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I bring leadership and being a student of the game. There is nothing to small or big for me. I can learn something and translate it as quickly as anybody. It’s all about doing what your supposed to do on and off the field and being a good person.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL and any other pro leagues?
My final pitch is that I’m a hardworking & coachable guy who loves the game. I bring passion and consistency! No matter where i land i know they will love me, and get the same guy everyday.
