Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Goals I set for this season was to be the best Receiver I can possibly be, whether it was catching the ball, running the correct route, reading the different defenses, and blocking when the ball wasn’t coming my way. Other goals I set for myself and my team was winning conference and just making it to the playoffs, which sadly it didn’t turn out the way we wanted it to, but overall proud of the team and myself for giving the effort we gave.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I feel that my coaches and teammates will label me as a leader, hard worker and very humbled.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
When I study film, I look at every and anyway I can get myself to be a better player making sure that I’m doing the correct assignment even if it’s just my alignment on the field. Next, when I study film on an opponent, I really break down their coverages and how each DB uses their technique giving me a great vision and apply it on Saturdays.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
What separates me from other prospects is my determination, effort and passion to be the best I can be. My work ethic has brought me a long way which shows on and off the field. Next I’m very competitive and is focused on winning every rep and every play no matter what matchup or player is against me.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
For my offseason as I prepare for my professional opportunities, I plan to gain speed, strength and build a larger IQ for the game. Next, I plan give my body the proper recovery for after every workouts and just become the best dominant receiver I can be.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
The strengths and abilities I plan to bring to a team is my work ethic, character, humbleness and just being a coachable player.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
My final pitch to the NFL or and other pro leagues is for me to get the opportunity to show my talents. Give team’s a player they can count on in any situation and just know they put their efforts in a very passionate and determined young man.
