Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
Some of the goals I set for myself were to repeat as a 1st team all american and repeat as special teams player of the year as well. (Which I accomplished).
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
My coaches would say that I am a very level headed player who handles pressure very well and comes up big in game clinching situations.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
My main focus when studying film is on my form when kicking or punting to try and perfect my craft. When watching team film I tend to watch the returners we will be playing against to get a feel on what type of returner they are and whether they can field balls that hang for a while or hit the ground before reaching them.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
Some of the things that separate me from other pro prospects are my level of consistency regardless of the situation, my versatility, as well as my athleticism which make me very dangerous to play against.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I have made the move to Las Vegas to train at the Philippi sports institute, I maintain a consistent kicking routine, as well as training with coach Zauner out in Arizona to take my game to the next level.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
On the field I will be bringing a high level of consistency, range, and versatility to whichever team gives me an opportunity, off the field I bring great marketability as my style of play and appearance aren’t like most of the other kickers at the next level.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL/CFL or any other pro leagues?
My final pitch to the pro leagues would be: I would be a great pick for any team at the next level as I have proved that I handle pressure well on multiple occasions, I am a very hard worker who has a championship mindset, and finally I would be a great pick for any team because with the consistency I bring and level competitiveness I have, there is a huge upside to bringing me in as I will always strive to be one of the best in the league where ever I play.
