Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?

To win another conference championship and honestly to build good practice habits and work hard at everything I did. I think when you set personal goals you can tend to focus on them too much and lose sight of the task at hand, so I just wanted to help make my team better and as well as set myself up for my future football career.

Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?

I’m a very hard working player and can be extremely hard on myself and I try to hold myself as well as my teammates accountable.

Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?

I focus on my bad tendencies like false starts and bad eye discipline. My overall motor throughout the game: did I run to the ball every play, did I give half effort on a tackle, or helping on a play. Your effort on the field is half the battle and it’s a very important part of it.

Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?

It’s hard to categorize myself on the field; I can play anywhere a team needs me to. If I don’t know the position I can learn anything if have the right coaching and tools. I have an energy that’s unmatched on the field and I do things most players don’t want to do.

Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?

I plan to train in LA or Indianapolis with a few great trainers to help me maximize my abilities to my full potential so I can play at the next level.

Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?

Great leadership on and off the field: being a two time captain in college helped with that and taught me a lot about myself and how to lead others. I’m very physical player which helps a lot in the run game and I’m great tackler, I just have a niche for finding the ball.

Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?

I won’t be denied from any task you put in front of me from your best player to your worst player, I want smoke with every last one of them. I have a high standard at which I think I should play at and I want to play for a team that has that same expectation. I want to win and I want to win now.
